At Cammaert Farms, we offer year-round finishing dates for our farm-direct Ontario beef shares. Reservations for quarters, sides, or whole beef should be booked 6–7 months in advance. Good beef takes time, and we don’t rush that process.
To make a reservation, you may contact us directly or place your order through our website. Pricing is based on current beef market rates, with the applicable rate confirmed at the time of custom cutting.
