We offer contactless, self-service freezer pickup Wednesday through Friday. At checkout, note the preferred pickup date and time. We will confirm the time when the order is ready.

Cammaert Farms focuses on naturally raised freezer beef in Quarters, Sides and Whole shares.The online store makes it easy to sample a share through mixed boxes. When you are ready, please select from one of our Farmer’s choice boxes.

Contact us for a customized mixed beef box or to preorder from our next butcher. In your request include a budget and cut selection, requests are filled on a first come first serve basis. Prepayment is required on all reservations.
Cammaert Farms does not have a retail location for individual cut selection; all orders are placed online or direct.
A confirmation email will be sent the next business day to arrange your delivery or farmgate pickup. Orders are not processed until payment is received. Same-day farmgate pickup is not available unless you receive an email letting you know your order is ready.
