Return Policy

At Cammaert Farms, we stand behind the quality of our product; this is our promise to our customers!  All products are non-refundable unless quality defect.

Our return policy is designed for customers to be able to return products that do not meet our high standards of product quality and food safety. Our return policy is not intended for customers to return products that they decide they no longer need. If you have determined that you have purchased more beef than you need, we ask that you keep these products for a later time or share them with your family and friends. Remember, our frozen meat has a long shelf-life and does not perish quickly.

When our products are returned, they cannot be resold, so they must be destroyed for food safety reasons. We ask that our customers carefully consider the unnecessary food waste that returns will create.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a quality defect, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 5 (five) days of the original purchase date on quality issues. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund issued.  Custom-cut orders may be substituted for our standard retail cuts.  

The refund policy does not cover defects caused by freeze-thaw or food storage errors of the products.

Eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The product was purchased with 5 (five) days from the date of purchase
  2. The product must be in its original packaging, and the original product(s) returned (even if opened).
  3. The product has a quality defect.
  4. All complaints are made immediately to Cammaert Farms for any type of issue. 

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return. Please contact us by phone at 519-673-9346 or by email at to arrange your return.

We cannot provide a full refund for products not returned.  

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Cammaert Farms.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded and will be refunded at the sale price.

Bulk Order Reservation Penalties:

Bulk order cancellations include a 40% administration fee which is applied to all refund payments and bank payments. For some payment types, additional fees may apply based on the bank charges. 

Refund Processing 

We submit all refund requests within 5-10 business days to our customer’s bank or card issuer after applicable fees have been verified.  All refunds will be issued minus applicable payment processor chargeback fees.
