We finish a limited number of cattle per year, avoid disappointment during prime BBQ season.

If you’re interested in purchasing a larger quantity of beef, we have limited shares available for bulk orders. Our reservation list for 2024 will open soon, please contact us to secure your spot. Alternatively, we can add you to our waiting list in case of any cancellations. Whether you’re looking for quarters, sides, or a whole cow, we’re happy to accommodate your needs.

Please be aware that the price of our product is determined by current market rates and is subject to change. We are unable to provide pricing information for the year 2024 and will confirm the price one month prior to the butcher date.

The pricing does not differentiate between different cuts! That’s right, Rib-eyes, Prime-rib, T-bones, Sirloin steaks and roasts are all the same price. Buying in bulk is worth the savings.
