We appreciate your interest in purchasing beef directly from our farm. Cammaert Farms prioritizes quality; therefore, we offer a limited number of beef shares each year. Reservations are typically required 6–7 months before the finish date.
If you’re looking to reserve Ontario bulk beef—quarter, side, or whole—don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to guide you through our reservation process.
Our farm specializes in direct-to-family wholesale beef. The beef purchased is not for resale, and we do not supply commercial resellers.
For individual beef cuts, please visit a local butcher, contact a farm that offers retail cuts, or shop at farmers’ markets across Ontario.

Our farm has designated biosecure areas to help keep our cattle healthy and safe. We require visitors to comply with all signs and avoid restricted areas. Thank you for helping us protect our herd!
